We ask that you follow the steps below in completing your nasty restroom report
Step 1- Take your concern directly to the manager.
- This does not need to be an uncomfortable discussion!
- Sharing the concerns that determine your buying decisions helps managers to make good decisions that bring value to you, their customer!
Step 2- Complete the ReportaNastyRestroom.com form so that we can review your concerns with the facility management.
- Be specific and thorough in the information submitted.
- Provide the name of the manager that you spoke to and the cleanliness problem that concerned you (dirty floors and/or grout lines, toilet or urinal residue build-up, dusty air vents, grime in or under sinks, etc).
Step 3- We will visit, or request that another certified cleaning organization visit, the facility and speak directly to the manager using your concern as a basis for our discussion.
Step 4- We will send a response to you summarizing our visit to the facility.
- if other steps need to be taken, we’ll provide contact info for the Better Business Bureau, your county Public Health Department, etc.
